The modernized offices of the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York offer a breathtaking view of the Manhattan skyline. Designed by the interior architecture firm Switzer Group, the spaces feature an open floor plan that dispenses with room-dividing wall elements. Instead, different materials such as wood, tiles and carpet as flooring or ceiling cladding mark out "quarters" to visually separate the various uses, while glass partitions separate the meeting rooms from the circulation areas.
