How do we shape agile collaboration? 

Agile collaboration methods make meeting challenges in an unpredictable era more likely. But how do we reconcile people’s needs, new work styles, technologies and spatial concepts so that agile working truly becomes the new standard? What criteria require consideration? And what does that mean for the design of communication and collaboration spaces?

The first Corporate Hybrid issue of our new Office on Stage series summarizes all the key aspects. It also provides plausible responses to these crucial issues in terms of the ability to innovate and transform. The issue takes you through five acts of agile collaboration. It also raises the curtain on three and a half decades of research and development and includes entertaining stories of the past and future. 

Why is agility in the workplace so important?

Workplace dynamics emerge wherever movement becomes possible, in action, thought and space. Dynamics at Work is dedicated to these interconnections and the solutions that arise from them.

This magazine brings together perspectives from past, present and future, from a brief cultural history of sitting to the question of why health has become a central challenge in design today. Dynamics at Work is an invitation to reflect on this transformation and to actively help shape it.
