Hafenraum Neustadt

In a former factory building on the Bay of Lübeck, the planners from moodworks designed the Hafenraum coworking space by creating a modern working environment in the historic industrial setting. False ceilings in the nine-meter-high rooms made it possible to increase the office space, while glass partition walls and filigree steel elements preserve the original feeling of the room. The upper and lower room finishes are an architectural highlight: The visible wooden roof beams and the renovated clinker brick floor characterize the ambience. The result is rooms with industrial charm, complemented by modern and functional designer furniture.
