Empty retail spaces are causing the demise of increasingly more town centers. Consequently, Creative concepts are required to halt the drop in footfall. CORE in downtown Oldenburg is the epitome of a successfully remodeled former department store. After it had stood empty for years, ANGELIS & PARTNER redesigned the building and developed innovation platform CORE in 2021. An exciting mixed-usage concept of premises for co-working, eateries, and events provided an appealing new hub in the town.
