L'Osteria, Munich

System-catering company L’Osteria owes its success to authentic, Italian cuisine enjoyed in a relaxed, inviting atmosphere. The interior designer developed a concept for the Munich-based headquarters that translates the welcoming atmosphere of the restaurants into a contemporary office environment. Combined with clear floorplans, he developed a design and color concept that ensures people can concentrate and feel inspired when they work there. On the first floor with its communal spaces, highboards and the carpet runner indicate the aisle between the workspaces, while the offices on the top floor are reached via a two-flight staircase and a hallway in the middle.

Die Arbeitsplätze sind als Zweier-, Dreier- und Vierer-Inseln oder auch als Workbench für bis zu sechs Mitarbeiter arrangiert. Highboards und Akustikpaneele sorgen für Sicht- und Schallschutz. Akustikvorhänge und abgehängte als Lichtreflektoren dienende Akustiksegel absorbieren ebenfalls Lärm.
