Ernst and Young management consultancy is a global player. The concept behind the redesign of EY’s Polish arm reflects its actively practised corporate philosophy. The concept’s entitled Workplace of the Future and one that EY applies to its consultancy services too. The corporate designers at Massive Design (Warsaw) planned the appropriate interiors. The basic idea is to create a contemporary working environment in order to facilitate teamwork and comply with the very highest of standards in terms of digitalisation and electronic interconnection. It’s the second design in its Warsaw premises within ten years already where EY has collaborated with Massive Design. Project planning is based on detailed questionnaires answered by the workforce. Wilkhahn’s Graph conference chair (design: jehs+laub) is one object that the large, differently designed 12,000 sq m office building has in common. The conference and meeting rooms are in a variety of sizes, but all have exceptionally high-quality furniture – tables with genuine wood veneers and Graph chairs with black leather upholstery and chrome frames.
