Danish textile manufacturer Kvadrat’s woollen Remix fabric is a classic and favourite among design-led furniture manufacturers and Wilkhahn has long been a fan. Created by the Italian “master of colour”, fashion designer Giulio Rodolfo, Remix excels with its soft feel, natural shades, finely marled look and hard-wearing quality. Remix also scores top marks in terms of abrasion and rub resistance, lightfastness or flame retardancy. What’s more, 90% of the fabric is made of pure wool. Kvadrat has introduced a new colour palette for Remix 2 and it’s suitable for almost all of Wilkhahn’s seats and upholstery ranges. It comes in a choice of around 20 shades for the ON, IN, Modus and Neos office task chairs to the Graph, Occo, Sola and Sito conference chairs, the Aline, Cubis, Cura, Ceno and Metrik visitor chairs to the Stitz sitting-standing hybrid to the Cana and Asienta upholstered furniture ranges. Fabric gives furniture a unique appeal. The attractive functional upholstery fabrics complement Wilkhahn’s well-designed seating superbly.
