What has been your favourite project to work on?
A villa in Bali which is a 140 year old colonial house is the star of the show. We used modern architecture to create a great structure in which spaces are realised and come to life. The interiors feature a collection of colonial, vintage, modern and Balinese materials are infused in the interior, rare finds and the use of these objects and materials in the interiors and architecture give a very interesting somewhat nostalgic feel to the project. Splashes of colour in finishes and materials help create the tropical feel you would expect to feel whilst in Bali.
Where do you find your inspiration from?
Traveling, reading different materials, looking at old and vintage architecture, design and the way that products, materials and furniture were used and how they evolved and can have an amazing presence in modern interior design.
Where do you see PDM International in 5 years?
Growing strong as an innovative and creative company with an even broader reach than we currently have to harness the ability to work with selected clients across an expanded APAC region. We predict that the industry platform is changing therefore we always strive to stay ahead of the game and hopefully set standards that others will follow.
What is your favourite Wilkhahn Product?
Probably the FS because it was iconic when it started and it is still relevant today.
