The more complex the working environment, the greater is the need for simplicity. An aesthetic approach that radiates structure and clarity also becomes an issue of work ergonomics. Simplicity of design and handling are decisive aspects of a people-oriented world.
The principle of DinA is both simple and fascinating: take the area and proportions of double the paper format DIN A0 and create three table formats by halving it twice. The perfect addition to these: storage units with 1/4 and 1/8 storage areas. With three functional heights of “low”, “sitting” and “standing”, the tables and the Volumina cover the entire spectrum of an office interior.
The high quality is reflected in the materials, finish and innovative details: black-grey through-dyed and mitre-jointed wood gives the tables and Volumina a striking, monolithic appearance. Drawers that open and close with finger pressure, moulded utensil trays, stainless steel runners for suspended file drawers, laptop shelves and storage nets are fascinating features that are marked by perfection and intelligent simplicity.
