At Wilkhahn, work groups organize themselves

[Saarbrücker Zeitung, 9-11-2001] The author explains Wilkhahn's corporate philosophy, taking the sewing department as an example: every group, which has a group spokesman, schedules its working hours, costs and staff capacities. Self-determination is therefore as important at Wilkhahn as aspects of workers' participation, company pension and health care.
The level of Wilkhahn products - durable, innovative and modern in terms of material and production engineering - is, according to the author, equally expressed in the trailblazing architecture of company buildings.
